Production Line Overview—First Floor

The first floor of our production line is meticulously designed to follow lean manufacturing principles, ensuring high productivity with minimal labor usage. This streamlined approach allows for efficient workflows and enhanced output. A key feature of this floor is our state-of-the-art paper laminate machine, which significantly improves the abrasion resistance of surfaces, achieving an impressive 100 rpm rating—higher than the industry standard.

We also utilize an advanced computer saw imported from Austria, offering exceptional precision with diagonal cuts achieving accuracy within 0.1 mm. Additionally, the honeycomb panels processed through our hot press machine maintain superior surface flatness, eliminating any concave or convex imperfections. This ensures the durability and aesthetics of our finished products.

Production Line Overview—Second Floor

On the second floor, our focus is on precision and customization. Our six-sided hole drilling process is engineered to complete precision drilling in a single pass, eliminating the need for multiple operations that could lead to surface scratches or hole misalignment. This process enhances product consistency and quality.

Moreover, our CNC system, equipped with four heads and two tables, allows for the efficient production of special-shaped components. This setup ensures that the entire drilling process is completed in one step, reducing manual handling and minimizing the risk of surface scratches.

Advanced Equipment for KD Furniture to Assure Product Quality

To maintain our reputation for excellence, we have invested in cutting-edge machinery that guarantees precision and efficiency in KD (knock-down) furniture production. Our advanced wrapping machine is capable of creating a variety of moldings with consistency and accuracy, catering to diverse design requirements.

We also employ a positive-negative pressure blister machine, which enables us to manufacture a wide range of blister door panels. This technology ensures uniform adhesion and impeccable finishing, meeting the highest industry standards.

The edge banding process within our facility follows a general paper laminate technique, ensuring seamless edge banding effects. This meticulous approach enhances the durability and aesthetics of our furniture pieces, reinforcing their longevity and appeal.
