Return Process
1. Initiate a Return

Refunds

The refund will cover the cost of the item minus any applicable shipping fees. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will also refund the return shipping cost.
Defective or Damaged Items

2. Return Shipping for Defective Items
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost. A replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
